GORT LINE 700 solid tops are designed for commercial kitchens. Solid tops are available as monoblocks (on oven or open base) or as top units (to be mounted on open bases). In professional kitchens solid tops are located near gas and electric cooking ranges. The chef gains the opportunity to “finish dishes” (the final stage of heat treatment), prepare sauces and maintain the temperature of the dishes in pans/saucepans placed on the solid top.
